While InvoiceSync facilitates tax compliance, you remain solely responsible for ensuring your tax filings are accurate and submitted on time. InvoiceSync is not liable for any penalties or fines arising from incorrect or late tax submissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

InvoiceSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
